Open to those actively holding an MLRO, Head of Compliance, or Chief Compliance Officer role at an institution regulated by FINMA or an FINMA-recognised SRO. The Committee reviews applications by majority vote.

Submission of this form constitutes an application, not membership. In accordance with Art. IV of the Articles of Association, admission is subject to a majority vote of the Committee, which weighs the disclosures made below, including any conflicts of interest and political exposure. Applicants may not represent themselves as members of SCFCEA, publicly or otherwise, until formally notified of the Committee's decision. Those opting into our mailing list will likewise begin receiving roundtable invitations only once approved, not upon submission.
